Weekend

lysa-wow i can't believe you had finals during this time too! it sucks huh? now that you're done, you can focus entirely on wedding planning. you must be soo relieved! i know everythings gonna go smoothly so dont worry! =) let me know if i can help in any way. as for the church, i know it will be beautiful and plus that day will be all about you and xay, so it's going to be a wonderful day no matter wat!
so i have a funny idea and if you think its crazy, lysa, just let me know. haha. but i was thinking, maybe we could honeymoon together in august?!! i dont know when you and xay were planning on going on a honeymoon, but johan and i wont be able to go until august and we have one week where we're open to go. i know it sounds really weird, but some of my friends (including my sisters) told me that when they go on their honeymoon for a full week, it gets kinda boring because you dont have any else to hang out with. so they're like, "you should go with other couples, it'll be more fun!" now, i know you might be thinking that this is such an outrageous idea, hahaha because when i first told johan, he was like "....ummmm that's weird....." hahahaha! but now he's totally up for it. its just a thought. i was thinking we could go with nhia and linda or you and xay or both and it would make for a fun week!

okay so onto other things. we have one week before the wedding and there's not much left to do. thank goodness for that! we're meeting with our planner and the coordinator at the site today to do a complete run through of everything and then cover any last minute details. its exciting, but to tell you the truth, i had a nervous breakdown last nite. after having a great dinner with our friends, the guys went to play magic of course and then us girls hung out for a bit at lig's house. i had to leave, but they started sharing scarey stories so i was afraid to go out by myself. hahaha. gina was like, "make sure to look in your backseat!" linda and i were like, we hate doing that! we'd rather die w/o knowing! haha.
so i went over to my parents house and i just completely broke down. especially after talking about marriage with vern and lig too, *sigh* im just freaking out now. i know its going to be wonderful and there are tons of benefits to getting married, but i dunno.....im probably focusing too much on the scarey stuff that ive forgotten to focus on the awesome things!

my parents left this morning for illinois. every time one of us kids gets married, they take a trip. they say its for their own sanity as they are so depressed about having one of their kids get married, that they need to take a trip to cheer up and focus on other things. good one huh! hahaha. for gaojais wedding, they went to thailand. for mitchias wedding in cali, they came to minnesota. and for my wedding, they're going to illinois. so its sad, because i wont get to spend this last week with them, but i tried to spend as much time as i could with them this past week......i hope they have a good time, but ill miss them.
