Need Some Divorce Evidence? Try Facebook!

I just read this amazing article about how couples are using Facebook to build evidence to support their divorce claim. Here's the article: http://www.aaml.org/about-the-academy/press/press-releases/e-discovery/big-surge-social-networking-evidence-says-survey-

"Facebook holds the distinction of being the unrivaled leader for online divorce evidence with 66% citing it as the primary source."

I'm not saying that Facebook or social networking is evil, I social network all day, most days. I believe that a marriage can be stronger than anything that the world can throw at it.
