I'm about halfway through this book. As with all non-fiction literature, the fun part is learning and getting to apply that knowledge! Here's a video of me applying what I've read so far:
Reading is so much fun! It's so much fun that I want to SWEAR!!! *BLEEP* YEAH!!! I personally prefer non-fiction stuff because I enjoy learning so much.
It's sad that Reading Rainbow stopped in late 2006... I know, it's so sad... but according to LeVar Burton's twitter, a Reading Rainbow 2.0 is in the works!!! AAAAAWWWWEEESOME!!!
side note: LeVar is the host and executive producer of Reading Rainbow.
another side note: LeVar or Levardis, is a pretty cool name! So is the name Geordi! Pajjar keeps on shooting down my idea for the name Tiger Lilly for our first daughter, maybe she'll accept Geordi as the name for our first son. We're not pregnant, we just want our kids to have cool names like Johan, Pajjar, or Tiger Lilly Yang.
I honestly think this schematic is beautiful... it makes me speechless sometimes... One of my life goals is to make my own Tubescreamer.
Here's a picture of someone's home-made Tubescreamer. Neato!
