So Paul Jr. (Paulie), got fired in April of 2009. See the following clip:

A year after Paulie's non-competition clause ended, Paulie is opening up his own shop called "Paul Jr. Designs." Tonight is their premiere after a year off, nice!
Personally, I think their dad is a hard working, talented jerk who enables his kids and his kids are hard working talented people who can also be jerks and spoiled at time. Both are amazing bike builders and make an interesting show.
