Cross Town Classic

Whew . . . what a crazy week! It’s first of the month, which means that I’m busier than normal, plus I had to go to this “Healthy Homes” training on Wednesday & Thursday in downtown St. Paul. But it was really cool! I think that anybody who is or wants to be a homeowner should check them out @ www.nchh.org. Plus on both days, I got to each lunch w/ Blong, which was cool!

Pajjar has to take her MPRE exam this Saturday, so she’s been studying like crazy for it (her friends have been wondering where’s she’s been the past two weeks).
I’m getting really excited for Cross-Town Classic (the MN vs. IL Magic Tournament)! The majority of us MN players have been attending various FNMs the past couple of months and I think it’s really upped our game. We’ve gone mainly to Standard FNMs but sometimes we got drafts as well. It’s fun to play Magic casually, but it’s really fun to play it competitively (that’s my opinion though).

It’s going to be really tight. I have a lot of confidence in our crew up here, we’ve all grown a lot in the past couple of months preparing for this, but in the end, the score will determine the winner.

I do know that in the end, everyone will have fun. That is the purpose of this event; to have fun!
