family weekend

this past weekend was so much fun! my family all came in from out of state to visit. my parents and brothers came from MI and my sister and her husband came from CA. we celebrated my mom and grandma's birthday. here are some pics of them opening their gifts (i don't know why its blurry):

it was so fun hanging out with my brothers. they sleptover for a night and we went swimming! a bunch of us also went to dave & busters and seriously all we did was play the coin machines lol. here are my brothers hoxav and taying (and james & bee in the back) with all the tickets we won. they're so cute!



heres mitchia with little baby xuying. all he wanted to do was play bball at d&b. hahaha. it was the cutest thing. he'd runaway and find his way to the arcade bball whenever we took him away. isn't he chubby and adorable?



it was so good to have family here. i love my family! my brother hoxav has gotten so big--i can't believe he's 13 years old. i cried on the way home after we said goodbye to my parents and brothers. hoxavs going through all these things i remember going through when i was his age. ai-ya. i was pretty rebellious and felt misunderstood. i pray that God will help him through these growing pains.

as for taying, hes still talkative as ever and into legos now. he still wants to hang out with johan and i, so we're going to take advantage of this for as long as we can hehe. hoxav's too cool for us now; we're old and uncool. hehe.

i wish my parents and brothers lived in MN. its so hard getting older and having all your family live far apart from each other. i miss the days when we used to all live under one roof...

btw, johan and i are going to las vegas in july! does anyone want to go? johans going for work, so i'll be alone during the day....

i can't wait for the concert tonite! =D we'll tell u guys all about it!
