Better Than Disney World

I remembering going to the House on the Rock when I was younger and I LOVING IT! I've been to Disney World and Universal Studios, but in my weird, odd opinion, I like House on the Rock way more! Maybe that's because I've always enjoyed architecture from a novice perspective. But seriously, I still, to this day remember lots of things from the House on the Rock, while memories from Florida just don't compare.

If I had a billion dollars, and could own any kind of home, it would be a house similar to the house on the rock. It's seriously super cool! A lot of people think that it's just a house... an ordanary house on a rock... BUT IT'S WAY MORE THAN THAT!

There's literally a town underneath that house! It's absolutely huge! I remember as child thinking: "Is this the Bat Cave? Am I inside Wayne Manor? This place is HUGE! Or am I in the X-Mansion, Xaviers Institue for Higher Learning?" I think if super heros were real, which they are, they would live in a place like the House on the Rock.

I remember walking into this giant room, probably the size of a football field and almost peeing in my pants. Hanging in this room was a giant replica of a whale fighting ships with whalers in the middle of storm. In order to exit this room, you had to walk around this giant 200 foot long whale twice! I remember having a kung-fu grip on the railing as I walked around this giant whale, just waiting for it move and scare the poop right out of me. I think the X-Men would of used that room as their Danger Room.
