I love Baptisms! They're absolutely amazing! There are many churches I want to visit because of their focus on baptism. These churches have baptism once a month, some have it every week, they make it a seamless part of the church service, and it reminds you of one of the reasons why you go to church; to share the Gospel so that one day someone you know accepts Christ and gets baptized.
I would love to have the church do more tapped testimonies because they help the person share effectively how they came to know Christ. There are a lot of inevitabilities when given a person a microphone. I know that videos take time to do but these could easily be completed in 3-4 hours.
Once the video is done. The Band continues to worship but with one secret tech... that person gets baptized right in front of you!

It would be a huge blessing to hear a powerful testimony and then see that person get baptized... what a blessing that would be...

Last time our church had baptism, I had to hold back tears. A whole family gave their testimony and got baptized! I don't even know these people, but God is too awesome. -mk
