Music critics have been talking non-stop about the Broken Bells. I finally heard them on 89.3 The Current today and was quite impressed. I hopped on the interweb to discover that it's actually Danger Mouse's new project with James Mercer (front man of the Shins, one of my favorite bands).
I really dig that crazy "moog'ed" out keyboard intro, only Danger Mouse can conjure up crazy things like that. I would really like to listen to the rest of this album sometime. I've always enjoyed Danger Mouse's stuff.
Oh yeah, that's Danger Mouse on the drums.
