I think it's cool that Conan's crew might get $8 Million out of the $40 Million walk-out deal. Conan actually helped pay the salary of some of his crew memebers during the Writer's Strike (don't know if Leno, Letterman, Fergussan, or Kimmel did though, which doesn't mean that they didn't).
It stinks that Conan's getting stuck in the middle like this. It seems like both Leno and Conan are two great guys that love their family and thier work. I don't blame Leno at all, I guess if I had to blame someone, I personally would blame NBC. I know that they have a responsibility to their shareholders and Comcast and blah blah blah (poop keeps falling out of their mouth instead of their butt). Anyways...

7. George Lopez - Pajjar's family loves George Lopez, I do as well, but not so much his talk show
6. Jimmy Kimmel - not too bad, I like Guillermo's bits
5. Craig Fergussen - sometimes not funny, but character goes a long way
4. Jay Leno - i can totally see why some people prefer Leno over everyone else
3. Jimmy Fallon - his little bits are entertaining, he's still establishing his character
2. David Letterman - I've learned a lot of things about public speaking and leading worship from him
1. Conan O'Brien - his slapstick style draws me in
