so ive been watching this drama called “he who can’t marry.” its about this single 40 year old guy who can’t or doesn’t want to get married. Its really funnie! It reminds me of the single life and how when you meet people of the opposite sex, things get all weird and awkward. It also reminds me of how we as humans need community (like my last post) and how when we don’t interact with other people, we become bitter, self-centered, selfish, cause self-inflicted pain, and cause pain to others by your careless comments. You can tell very easily from watching the drama that the main character has a very odd and eccentric personality. . .on the other hand, the show is very cute and endearing when you see how he learns to try and think of other people’s feelings and say simple things like “I’m sorry” or "I was wrong". =)
when my 12 year old brother was here during the summer, he said I reminded him of reese witherspoon. I was sooo flattered haha until he said, “yeah cuz she’s small….and weird.” Ugh! *gasp!* lol. I love reese witherspoon, I think she’s so pretty and I love her movies. Whatever, im still gonna take it as a compliment. Haha!
On Friday morning, johan and I tried to buy those Exile Vault boxes or whatever they’re called. Johan wanted to buy them and then resell them to make a profit. We showed up and there was a long line already. (johan wanted me to go and buy a box too since each person was limited to one box.) the Source only had 11 boxes, so they ran out really fast. Afterwards we went to try Smash Burger cuz johan was in a bad mood. It was really good! You guys should try it. Its by harmar mall, next to old Chicago. I guess they are starting to build a few new locations here in MN. The egg bun was really good and didn’t overpower the burger. You know how sometimes u eat burgers and the bread is so thick, its like u just keep chewing bread? Well this was the opposite, it just melted in your hands haha.
we went to the state fair over the weekend too, ill have to post up some pics this week. the weekend was sooo cold here...brrr!!! been in the 60s! =(
