There’s no pastor on the stage… that’s right! That’s a video of the preacher on stage. A powerful HD projector is shooting this video onto a large screen on stage… weird huh? Or perhaps completely innovative!!!

You see there aren’t too many pastors in this world that are great leaders AND great speakers. Sometimes they’re a better leader than they are a speaker. Sometimes a pastor is a great speakers but their admin skills are horrible. Some of the most effective churches understand this principle and that’s why if they have a great speaker, they rather have that speaker speak to as many people as possible, as opposed to having a campus with one good speaker and other campuses with okay speakers.
