fyi, johan and i didn't really do anything for our one year anniversary. we went on our trip and came back only to go straight to work and school. on sunday we did go to maggiano's to celebrate and can i say it was spectacular?!! hehe. the food there was delicious. thanks to sam and geu who made it possible by giving me the gift card for my birthday a few months ago. =)
these pictures are more so all the small details that went into my wedding. they're the little things that i really appreciated, but not everyone would have noticed. i cant believe one year has gone by already. i love you hun! i cant wait to spend the rest of my life with you. =D
the inside of international market square...
our pianist who played pre-wedding and during the cocktail hour while we switched the room over to eat. he was really good and had an amazing voice.
our wedding invitations which me and the girls slaved over! hehe. it was really fun making them though-call me crazy!
johans grandmother at our wedding. =)
our wedding cake. it didnt look exactly like how i wanted it to, but it turned out pretty. plus it tasted wonderful!
our punch fountains.
beautiful glasses that my sister and brother-in-law gave us for our wedding.
my mom, me, and my grandmother. 3 generations! my dad's mom passed away, so she wasn't at our wedding. but i thank God my mom's mom was present.
our scrapbook of photos that people took at our photo booth. this was so much fun for us and our guests!
one style of our centerpieces with a flower in the vase and a floating candle.
a second style of our centerpieces. johan and i collected tea tins for almost 9 months prior to our wedding to be used as centerpieces. i got the idea from martha stewart. i wish we could have had all different styles of tea tins, but all the different colors of these tins still looked elegant. (or at least i think so haha.)
my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. gorgeous!
the back view of my dress. i knew it was the one when i tried it on! (i only tried on 3-5 dresses i think.)
us at our after-party @ r.normans and seven sushi.
and they lived happily ever after!
thanks for reading the post guys! have a wonderful week everyone.
