If we were pros...

This week we would be gearing up for a long 2 months of traveling and many hours waiting in airport security lines. We would be scrambling to get all our flights and hotel rooms in order, as well as planning fun events with our spouses, friends, and family. We would also be working on all of our decks like crazy. Trying to find a good Extd deck, playtesting our Stnd decks, as well as drafting Zendikar like crazy.

This Saturday we would be playing at either the SCG $5K Stnd and $5K Leg tournament in Philadelphia or, if we needed the Pro Player points, we would be in Melbourne, Australia for Grand Prix: Melbourne.

Next weekend (October 16-18), we would be in Austin for PT: Austin for 3 days of Extd & Zendikar drafts. This weekend will be crucial to how we do at Worlds because Extd is part of the 3 day grind for Worlds. We would also be partaking in some killer BBQ. YUM!

The following weekend (October 24-25), we would be at GP: Tampa playing more Zendikar Limited and we would be enjoying the sun and beeches with our spouses, friends, and family! :)

The following weekend (October 31-November 1), we would be at GP: Kitakyushu, Japan for more Zendikar Limited and some fresh sushi!

The following weekend (November 7-8), we would at GP: Paris for even more Zendikar Limited and some sight-seeing (My wife would personally love this GP).

The following weekend (November 14-15), we would be at GP: Minneapolis for even more Zendikar Limited and to visit our families.

Then the following weekend (November 20-22), we would in Rome for the 2009 Magic: The Gathering World Championship. Where we'll be playing Stnd, Extd, & Zendikar drafts.

Man, if we were Pros, we would live the good life... If we have 40 Pro-Points we would be at Level 7...

Member is invited to his or her country's national championship
Member receives three byes at all Grand Prix tournaments
Member is invited to all Pro Tours and the World Championship
Member receives a $1750 appearance fee whenever he or she competes in a Pro Tour or the World Championship
Member receives expenses-paid air travel ticket to all Pro Tours and the World Championship during the current season*
Member receives a $250 appearance fee whenever he or she competes in a Grand Prix
