It's Awakward Debate Time!!!

Imagine you just bought a box of M10 and know exactly where the Baneslayer Angel, or the Planeswalkers, or the M10 Dual Lands are in your box of M10! Imagine never having to open up another Underworld Dreams or Capricious Effret! Yes, it's true and this guy has cracked the code!

Don't believe me? Then watch the rest of his videos. He knows where those bomb/chase rares are in your boxes. People have been doing this for a long time now, especially in the world of sports cards where grabbing a foil Adrian Peterson rookie card, with part of his jersey embedded into it, is the only card worth while in the entire box.

So then what do you do with the rest of your packs? You either draft with them or sell them on ebay. After all, you want to "maximize" the value of your collection by only opening up the good money rares and by using the other packs in other ways. Hint: That's why I never buy packs on eBay!!! I only buy factory sealed boxes or factory sealed Fat Packs.

So I decided to buy his ebook and check it out, even though I felt uneasy about it. You see, he's written a part about ethics in this book and here's my conclusion... THIS PRACTICE IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL!!! I WILL NEVER DO THIS!!! IT'S SO DIRTY!!!

Of course you could say, but I'm just opening up the good rares and I'm going to use the other packs to draft with! NOPE! THAT'S STILL COMPLETELY UNETHICAL TO ME!!! Drafting and opening up a Baneslayer or Dual Land is part of the fun and fairness of opening up a pack in limited formats. When you leave nothing but Underworld Dreams left to open up in a draft, then you're robbing every single person in that POD of getting good cards. THAT'S COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! You could even set up your draft packs to contain 3 bombs and take first in the Pod. YOU HORRIBLE PERSON YOU! HOW COULD YOU!!!

I respect this guy a little more now because he wrote about being ethical in his book, even though he's not completely ethical because he still does this. He's even been honest enough to say that he can't seem to crack the Zendikar pattern and that he's having some trouble with cracking M10's second printing. It seems like Wizards has caught on to this and are starting to randomize their rares better. In the end, it's up to the individual person to decide whether this is ethical or not, EVEN THOUGH IT IS! I WILL NEVER DO THIS! IT'S JUST TOO DIRTY! NEVER!

But yet at the same time, some people think it's humaine, fair, and completely ethical to club defenseless seals with a baseball bat that has a hook in it! And then drag it into their bloody boat to sell to the fur industry...
