sometimes i wonder why as Christians we're so negative. sometimes i feel like there isn't much that distinguishes us from non-Christians. we're so quick with our mouths and speak evil words. no words of encouragement will be found here, so dont even bother looking! its like we have to be ABOVE other people and by talking down to them, we make ourselves feel better as though we're so righteous.
i dont know why as Christians we have to stoop down so low. i wish we would lift others up more instead of complaining. its like all i ever hear people do these days is complain, but where are the uplifting praises? people are just in it for themselves these days.
im including myself in these thoughts....i just feel discouraged because we think we're being high and mighty, but when people look at us, they scoff and turn away. the furthest thought from their minds is that we reflect Christ's love.
