Jackie Vs. Jet Part 3

I believe that if Jackie Chan and Jet Li were to have a fight to the death, at their prime, Jackie Chan would win. Why? Because his body AND HIS MIND is stronger than Jet Li's.

Jackie Chan is incredibly persistent, like a Kitchen Finks. Go watch the final fight scene in Dragon Lord, or you can just watch the YouTube clip below. Now if the two were to fight today, Jet Li would probably win but that’s because Jackie's 10 years older than Jet.

Jet Li's style is more powerful and very fast, a very southern style of Kung Fu, like Bruce Lee’s. But Jackie Chan is equally as fast and has just as many styles. Jackie Chan combined the snake and eagle Kung Fu fighting styles together in the movie Snake in the Eagle's Shadow. Jackie also had to utilize the snake, tiger, crane, leopard, & dragon styles to defeat the final boss in Spiritual Kung Fu. And let's not forget Jackie’s signature style: Drunken Kung Fu. INGENIOUS!!!

Jet Li's a master with many weapons, which is very respectful, but he still has to use a lot of "wire pulley" tricks to sell his movies. While Jackie would rather use his imagination and his environment (sometimes a 20 foot tall aluminum ladder, bamboo, a car door, a bicycle, etc.) to sell a movie.

Josh and Mai Kao can attest that in China, Jackie Chan is more popular than Jet Li. I guess that puts me up like 300,000,000 points.

Plus! He’s received a Life Time Achievement award from MTV! He’s also been compared to Fred Astaire & Buster Keaton! If you don’t know who those two people are, well then you will never understand who Jackie Chan is or what he's done for movies.

I'm gonna miss ER. The last season has been intense!
