Refuse to Participate in Fear, Refuse to Participate in This Recession.

I’m sad because I have to go to an accounting seminar tonight instead of watching the Bulls game. Actually I’m more sad because I can’t participate in this tonight:


I really like Dave Ramsey, I think my wife gets sick of me sometimes because when it comes to our finances I’m like “Dave Ramsey said this and Dave Ramsey said that…,” completely understandable. But there’s just something about him that’s different, he’s more Biblical and more compassionate than most financial gurus.

A lot of financial gurus out there don’t have the heart of a teacher. If you want to get out of debt and change your life, they recommend you pay $30 for their books. But this guy has the heart of a teacher and don’t we all need to learn how to manage our finances better?

Even though my dad got laid off a few months back, he’s been really optimistic about things. It’s encouraging. He’s still got hope in a lot of things.

I reread Origin a couple of nights ago, it was so good, I stayed up till 1:00 am reading it. I kept my wife up too because I kept updating her on the story line.

Thanks Vipat for the Foil 7th Edition Vizzerdrix! If any of you guys out there have any foil commons, uncommons, or lands that you don’t want, please let me have them! I would more than happy to take those cards off your hands!

Looks like I’m going to be the lone ranger again this weekend for the Alara Reborn Pre-Release. I want to go but may not anymore.
