I like to read blogs. I like reading blogs about songwriters and how they’re trying to form a song, or how bands are trying to make an album, or about pastors and their thoughts about their congregation, or about worship leaders trying to find the right tone for Sunday service. My favorite blog, besides those of my friends, is ragamuffinsoul.com. Carlos Whittaker is a service coordinator/worship leader at Buckhead Church in Atlanta, Georgia. He recently put up a blog about his adopted son, Losiah.

This is Losiah, when Carlos and his wife first pulled up this picture on his Blackberry. They were driving and had to pullover. They cried and praised God. Losiah's dad was a fisherman and he was their 12th child. His parents couldn't take care of him so they had to let him go.

This is him now, he just turned 3. It's awesome to know that God made this little boy 3 years ago for the Whittaker family. :)

Pajjar and I probably won’t have kids for another few years, if at all, but adopting has always sounded more appealing to me then having a child of my own. Just a thought, we’ll see where I stand on that in a few years.
